Company structure

The Amino group comprises the following companies:

Amino Technologies PLC is the holding company of the Amino group and it was admitted to the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) of the London Stock Exchange on 9 June 2004.

Amino Holdings Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Amino Technologies PLC, is an intermediate holding company, owning the entire share capital of Amino Communications Limited, Amino Communications LLC, Amino Communications AB and AssetHouse Technology Limited. 

Amino Communications Limited and Amino Communications AB are the principle trading companies of the Amino group, primarily responsible for sales, marketing and research and development of the Group's IPTV software and set-top box products.

Amino Communications LLC, a US limited liability company, provides sales and customer support in North and South America.
